Seeing the way God uses color in his creation inspires my art and gives me a clearer view of His love for me and you. I'm inspired by the sparks of emotion I feel when I see color, and I hope you feel those sparks when you view my work.

about me.

Hi there! Thanks for stopping by my blog!

I'm Lindsay.

An East Coast girl transplanted to Hawaii (and now Florida, soon to be Boston, this summer!), all thanks to my husband's job in the Navy.
Madly in love with my husband, Chris.
We welcomed our son, Silas Kai, into our family in August 2012.
Happiest with paint under my nails or my 7' 2" surfboard under my feet.
One of seven kids and auntie to twelve awesome kiddos!
I love bacon and I love Jesus even more.

I've been blogging for almost three years now. I started this blog in March 2009, when Chris and I got married and moved across the country. We wanted to keep my friends and family updated on our adventures as we road-tripped across America and settled in on this island. It gradually grew into something more than that and has become a passion of mine. I love the community, love writing and sharing with you, and am so thankful for the friends I've met through this blog. Mahalo for reading and alooooha!

polka dots, rust-colored tights, and a happy list.
